The stakes will be high next week for the Eaton Rugby man challenging
the Federal Firearms Act.
5-days in front of a Superior Court Judge in Kenora have been set
aside for Bruce Montague's Constitutional Challenge of the Act.
Montague will be represented by Toronto Lawyer Calvin Martin and says
he's confident about his case.
The former Gunsmith faces 53-weapon related charges as a result of a
2004 arrest at a Dryden gun show.
If he succeeds, Canada's gun laws could be gutted however if he fails,
Montague could face over 10-years in prison and other firearm
owners will have to decide what to do next.
