The Constitutional Challenge of Canada's gun control laws will be
delayed for another 5-months.
Eaton Rugby resident Bruce Montague and his Lawyer Calvin Martin were
in Kenora Superior Court Monday to begin the case, but the judge decided
to delay procceedings until next March, requesting written copies of all
witness testimony.
Montague says he's frustrated with the turn of events.
The former gunsmith was also upset by the level of security entering the court
room and stripped down to his underwear as a protest.
