Subject: Senner vs. Montague
A Prince George B.C., woman has been given a conditional sentence for
killing her secret lover.
Teresa Layne Senner's conditional sentence of two years less a day means she
can live in the community but must follow a curfew.
Now ain't that grand? She deliberately kills a man. Murders him, and gets
to serve time in the community. Does that mean that women can kill
unfaithful lovers with impunity?
Poor Montague, kills nobody, hurts nobody. All he has to do is disagree
with an asinine law and he gets a jail term and a life sentence of
unemployment.
Regards,
Jules
